关于9.23新政，我的VAC2已于9.21扣款，请问准签是否会受到影响？

扣款了的话应该不会。不过既然扣款了，为什么你的CO不快点给准签呢？我跟另一位TX都是21日当天扣款，当天准，估计CO认为已扣款，都符合条件，干脆把准签也发了。

Q9 of the FAQ says the new arrangements apply "to all visa applications, including those in the final stages of processing".

But it does not define what is meant by final stages of processing, and not clear whether it covers your case. I think DIAC should clarify what is meant by final stages of processing.

The question is what is "最后阶段" or "final stages of processing". It can be pre-grant or formal grant. If it's the former, u are ok, but not the latter.

I'm not a lawyer, but DIAC's sudden and abrupt change of policy is obviously unfair to all adversely affected by it.

Sorry，我是看了16楼hanshuang律师的分析，我的Case也在调整顺序之列。。。想到21号扣款之后，准签迟迟不来。。。郁闷中。。

你有这个时间为什么不去问移民局？一般5个工作日以内，

就可以得到真正的答案了！

移民局不理我啊，我发Email，移民局说我的Email不在授权范围内，不能向我提供信息。我让中介去问了，但中介迟迟没有回复。

U can ask the agent to write DIAC to clarify this.

移民局的政策可以玩弄申请人，但我们受控于人，没有办法。中介就在你的身边，他拿了你的办理费，不为你办事 ，你太软弱，太好说话了，你应该死盯中介，对不起，我这样说你。
