关于州担保的福利限制

从维州的担保条件看到It is clearly understood that the applicant applies as an independent skilled migrant therefore no government social security benefits are available to skilled migrants until they have permanently lived in Australia for two years.

但是从centerlink上面看到In addition, most social security payments and concession cards, except Family Tax Benefit and Child Care Benefit, have a two year newly arrived resident's waiting period.

那请问州担保的福利是不是比普通的独立技术移民要少呢？
谁可以解答一下吗？谢谢

social security benefits 指的是失业救济

175和176的福利完全一样

谢谢回复，不过我的理解是social security 应该是一个保障体系，包括的不只是失业救济， 上面提到 most social security payments 另我有如此理解，

按照澳洲移民法，175和176的福利是一样的。

175电签申请表里面也有这一句

there is a two year waiting period after gaining permanent residency for social security payments, including
unemployment benefits, for most newly arrived migrants;
