A gentle reminder for those applicants who are uploading files

Guys,
i just received a reply email from immi stating that my attached JPG files couldn't be open, so i have to resend those scanned documents.

here is a gentle reminder for those ppl who are going to email or upload ur documents to immi or ur CO:
Please be noted that they only accept .JPEG files instead of .JPG files! Make a simple pdf file will be the best one in my opinion!

不会吧，后缀名区别都有问题？

不过反正照片的Quota很少，还是尽量转成pdf文件上传吧

Yeah, i also dun understand why their PCs are so "INTELLIGENT" - even not able to open such a common type of file!

just uploaded my pcc, the only thing we can do is WAIT!
anyway i have emailed them and told them that i have uploaded all the files already, wait for their reply as well.

(Seems my CO "RELUCTANT" to contact me directly, one of his colleague emailed me and said that my files were not able to be opened, and i need to resend, after resending, i was told that the files will be forwarded to CO)

But how can I make sure that which pdf version they can open without error! They should provide a file checker for every applicant!

  our in-box.

  When scanning your documents please ensure that the images are saved as
  PDF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP file formats.

  If you are submitting scanned documents for attachment to your file,
  these must be e-mailed to:  aspc.region.4@immi.gov.au

to play safely, better make it into pdf. anyway it is up 2 u to do it if u wanna upload a JPG file, it may only result in more time to play around "Forward-Backward" emails.
