新人求教 “475纸签”与aspc.processing@immi.gov.au

终于在注册24小时后可以发帖询问了
先简短介绍下小生的个人情况
2007.05 北京ielts  R7.5  L6.5  O6.5  W5.5
2007.06 委托中介，中介建议475(亲属担保类),材料准备 (因为之前一直赴日研修，中途辗转oz，受当地亲友鼓励感召决定移民，实际个人对移民诸多事宜不甚了解，直到接触中介，才第一次听说2007.09.01新政,当然也就习惯性认为应该是先考ielts再申请了，大家不要笑话)
2007.10 vet
2007.12.17   FN:CLF2007/189***  Paper lodged  三无党(中介说e-lodged刚开始，国内使用比较少，所以就......)
2007.12.24   得到aspc自动回复mail，内容如下：

2008.春节后   海外项目施工，历时10月，期间受环境限制，不能接入internet，对处理情况不甚清楚。
2008.12      回国，，询问中介进展状况。中介答复在等待分配CO
2008.12.30   得到aspc自动回复mail，内容如下：

2009.01.15   项目搁浅，企业暂定停工45天，终于有时间一个人坐在电脑前google、baidu，第一次知道freeoz，注册，登入

在2007.12.17和2008.12.30  aspc.processing@immi.gov.au自动答复的mail里，分别使用了have been 和 are being 2种表述方法，不知道大家是怎么理解的？(个人感觉are being 这种用法实在是很中国)

这是说明象我这种情况2007/12/17 FN 475p的已经分配到VO了，幸免于2009.01.01新政吗？
mail请教了xblues様、在xblues様点拨下官方网站填写表格General Skilled Migration Post-Lodgement Enquiry Form查询，未见答复
中介答复未收到任何oz方面通知


貌似同期有2位电签分vo了，不知道同期的475paper的tx们收到分配VO通知了吗，苦苦等待中

State & Territory Nominated Applications:
Subclass 134, 136, 137, 175, 176, 475, 487, 495, 885 and 886 applications (processed by the ASPC and where a successful State or Territory Nomination is held) will all be allocated to case officers for assessment by 13 February 2009.

你的意思我的会和州担保的一块出结果吗，意思是已经分到CO了吗？前提我必须满足
Applications which were already allocated to case officers before 1 January 2009 are un-affected and will be processed as usual to finalisation.


BTW，我的左臂上也有一个类似的纹身

完成进行时的被动和现在进行时的被动，什么叫很中国，分别是说已经分了ＣＯ和正在分ＣＯ，楼主你R7.5，比俺高，俺本来专业还不是Ｅ文，难道你这个都不明白？

TO楼上的，这里我们不研究遣词造句，没有那个能力也不敢奢望
就是大家不觉这种含糊的说法很东方、很有我们中国太极的味道吗
