I think the reason they dont like Chinese or people from some countries is those people may not be cheerful, funny or friendly enough (a lot of Chinese tend to act seriously during interview, me included). And chinese people get less interviews might because, well, image you are a HR manage, you might get less impressed by a chinese's CV cause you have interviewed so many chinese who were not your kind of people. So if you have only limited time and a tight schedule which means you can only interview very few people, you may say, "Well, lets give this chance to white people, who seem to be, more likely, easier to get along with."
It is true, and I dont think it is 种族主义. I would do the same thing if I was the manage.
Based on above, what I am trying to say is, you have an equal chance in interviews, and you are not an indian who smells. Try to make them like you.
Again, I am not being 种族主义, indian do stink. |
