改个题目：专门研究Commonwealth Supported Places的申请

有没有人申请过CSP的master阿？麻烦指导一下怎么做？

研究这个，在RMIT的网站里“鬼打墙”绕来绕去，下了一堆链接表格文件，看的我头昏死了~！

如果申请CSP的到底应该先跟谁申请？直接跟学校还是先跟政府哪个部门申请呢？

而且我新移民7/1才首次登陆，拿的是国内的学士学位，之前的亚斯成绩可能还不够，不知道要不要学位认证、英语课程什么的？

RMIT8月底结束申请的好象，时间好紧啊！

在http://www.rmit.edu.au/programs/applications/equity#csp看到Postgraduate Commonwealth Supported Equity Places里提到
一堆要求：（Applicants who meet one or more of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:。。。。People with a low socioeconomic status, as defined by the Centrelink Low Income Test ；Recent migrants on a low income, as defined by the Centrelink Low Income Test ），这个好想还要时间证明给学校什么的吧！还看到一个网页说一个教育类的什么学位800多个人申请67个名额的CSP，概率太小了吧！

不知道有没有前辈申请过这个的，到底应该是怎么样的流程呢？？基本条件是什么呢？谢谢！！！

我和我先生都是CSP
1，如果你申请的专业是CSP资助专业，无需另外申请，拿到offer的时候你选择接受CSP资助就可以了
2，如果你申请的专业不是CSP专业，需要额外申请，几率多大我不清楚，我有朋友学finance申请到了，和你的收入等有关系
3，合格A类雅斯成绩是入学必须的，没有它不会有full offer，更不会有CSP
4，学位等不用认证，有学校开具的学位证明和成绩单足以
5,CSP申请交给谁，你给的网页写得很清楚啊
Applicants should download and complete the Postgraduate Commonwealth Supported Equity Place Application Form 2007 and submit the form to the Office for Prospective Students.
6，不是800多人申请67个，他会按照申请者的情况排序的，一般新移民很有优势，因为你没有收入，母语非英语，这些都会比当地人有优势的多
7，来之前别忘了从单位开收入证明
8，其余的慢慢研究吧，比起移民申请来，这个不知道要简单多少倍呢，你移民都申请成功了，这个估计小菜一叠

You are eligible for Commonwealth support for a unit of study if you meet all the following conditions.

unit of study You can only be Commonwealth supported in relation to a unit of study if:

forms part of an enabling course. Ask your provider.

payment of student contribution amount If you are eligible for HECS-HELP, then you must either:  
pay 80% of your student contribution up-front on or before the census date, or
provide your Tax File Number (TFN) on your Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP form on or before the census date.

What is the Student Learning Entitlement?
If you are an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or the holder of a permanent visa, you will receive a Student Learning Entitlement (SLE), providing you with access to seven years of equivalent full-time study in a Commonwealth supported place.
Example: If Jemima chooses to study at half the pace of a full-time student she can study for 14 years as a Commonwealth supported student. This is an equivalent full-time student load (EFTSL) of seven years of full-time study.
You will consume your SLE as you undertake units of study as a Commonwealth supported student.
In some cases, you may also be eligible for additional SLE for your course of study.

我看了melbourne大学和RMIT都说要向另外填表申请CSP，melbourne大学商业类的只有一个本科有CSP的，master的现在只研究到Faculty of Engineering 能申请CSP的，RMIT的http://www.rmit.edu.au/programs/applications/equity#csp这里看到有Postgraduate Commonwealth Supported Equity Places，好像多一点选择。。。。继续研究

我只想重新读个本科degree目前看中的是UNSW的BANKING专业,查了下也是在CSP里面的,据说本科申请的比MASTER要容易点,不知道真的假的

music提到来之前要从单位开个收入证明，请问这个证明是做什么用？什么标准会对申请产生影响（比如高于多少，或者低于多少）？

内容好多，实在是看得眼花，张口问问。如果有地方已提及，还望见谅。

我想问下 我是NAATI三级 申请入学的时候有可能和学校商量不考雅思吗？ 因为想下半年就读 ，如果非要的话，就一定要拖到明年了

PR可以申请CSP吗？还是必须是公民啊？我是PR，极度关注！

要看学校的要求。比如MQ的翻译专业可能只需要naati三级就可以了，其他专业要看具体要求。还是要仔细问问学校方。

我5.7号刚通过DHL把MASTER by coursework申请和CSP申请表直接寄到RMIT的office of prospecitve studens,好像RMIT的Business类别的全体MASTER和BACHELOR都提供CSP的机会.
俺附的申请材料只有申请表,学位公证,成绩单公证,工作证明公证,推荐信公证,PR签证页公证,OQU公证(注意RMIT申请表里要求有海外学历的PR必须提供澳洲的海外学历认证OQU assesment,这个认证在澳洲做是免费的,非清华认证),此懒得查太多资料了,加上RMIT从5.1就开始收2007 Mid Year Intake的申请,长假一过就直接寄了,希望我好运,希望大家好运.
