Guess in this fair society, there is a universal policy that says work place bully is not tolerated. As long as the bully is proved, the bully will be subjected to being fired!
Every organization takes this offence seriously!
But, from the above scenario, it doesn't seem fall into that category! From my point of view, it's just two co-workers' work-related arguments got out of hand! It seemed the both of them should have taken a professional approach with each other!
Typical team leader who is good at the micromanagement. This managerial style can kill the working motivation easily and render the whole team's work inefficient!
I think we can come across with someone like this everywhere in work settings!
