About the role

We are looking for someone who will tackle problems head-on and transform them into designs that not only look great but are intuitive and easy to use. Even though you are part of a team, you will be accountable for your own work and drive your own time and delivery with direction and support from your line manager.

Work closely with user researchers, business analysts, product owners and developers to solve problems and create design solutions that delight across multiple platforms using Agile methodologies
Create new designs, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes and proactively test these with users through a range of research techniques
Build strong working relationships at all levels with internal teams and stakeholders and build problem-solving partnerships

You'll be ready for your next big challenge and come equipped with:

Strong experience in visual design
Experience in user experience design and user research
Experience in Agile methodologies, working practices and mindsets
Experience working on similar video streaming services a distinct advantage
Ability to generate customer-focused ideas to take the design and experience of On Demand to the next level
Demonstrated UX or visual design skills as well as prototyping skills
Knowledge and excitement about trends and developments in digital design
Hunger and passion to stretch thinking and consider new possibilities
Excellent oral, written, visual and facilitation communication skills
Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to lead strong interpersonal relationships with genuine intent
Innovative ideas and the ability to user your own initiative to achieve a required outcome
Boundless enthusiasm and energy
