州担保
1. 州担保动作一定要快。随时关注州政府官方网站。毕竟配额有限，基本原则先到先得（SA, WA)。先把资料备好，随时上传或快递。当初申请SA担保的时候，大家都在疯抢名额，卡着澳洲时间刷网站。担保条件出来后，我第一时间花了250多，DHL快递资料到SA。回顾一下2012年7-8的月帖子，就知道州担保多么热闹。
2. 附上一篇申请SA的时候的申请陈述。
We are living in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in the southwest of China. It was once regarded as the “Country of Heaven”. However, due to various problems such as air pollution, overcrowding, rising cost of living in recent years, the city is becoming less livable. We long for a place with sunshine and fresh air, and after extensive research via the Internet and our friends in Australia, we decided that SA would be an ideal place to start our new life in Australia.
We are from an inland city with overcast weather all year around. Our hometown has one of the lowest sunshine totals in China and it tends to be freezing in winter, so we are really looking for a place with a warm climate and SA is the right place to go. More than that, we are fascinated by the beautiful beaches, crystal clear sky and breathtaking natural beauties in SA.
As far as we know, as the capital of SA, Adelaide is abounding in educational resources including the renowned University of Adelaide, University of South Australia and Flinders University. My wife and I have seriously considered to further our education in one of the universities in SA.
We are also fascinated by the strong cultural atmosphere there. There will be plenty to see, to appreciate, to join all year around in SA because of these exciting cultural events: Adelaide Festival, Adelaide Film Festival, Cabaret Festival and Feast Festival. No doubt, it is enjoyable to live in the the Festival State.
To be honest, from the very start, we focused more on employment possibilities there. Much to our surprise, there are so many jobs that suit our current working background. Actually, we had attempted to apply for jobs in Australia beforehand, and many companies showed great interest in us. They intended to contact us as long as we have working permission (for example, granted visa) in Australia.
The cost of living is always a big concern when you relocate to an unfamiliar place. The housing would be the largest spending. We did some research in this regard and learned that the rent for house or apartment starts from about $330 per week. To better to adapt to the lifestyle in SA, we hope to live in areas where life is more convenient, and therefore, the rent might be higher. Apart from accommodation, other cost is mainly on food and transport. According to our friends who live in Australia, basic cost of living per month is about $1200. We plan to bring about $30,000 with us to cover the cost before we find jobs.
We both have been working for xxx which is a leading global enabler of telecommunications services. One of the benefits of working in a multinational is that you have a chance to expose to different cultures. We believe our background can better help us adapt to the multicultural working environment in SA. Simply performing a search in jooble-au.com or seek.com with the key word software engineer which is our profession, the results are always encouraging. More than that, we have friends and relatives living in Australia. Although they don’t live SA, their companies have business in SA, and they promise to recommend us for jobs in SA. Considering all of this, we are confident that we can land decent jobs and contribute to the local development.
I am always dreaming of the crystal clear sky, the beautiful beach, the smell of wine, the smiles in the cultural festivals. I have no idea if my dream could come true. But when God closes a door, He opens a window.
