Allocation Dates for General Skilled Migration ApplicationsOn this page

Due to the strong demand for places in the General Skilled Migration (GSM) program the department is unable to immediately allocate all GSM applications to a case officer for consideration. When an application is allocated to a case officer depends on a number of factors, including the Priority Group of the application and the visa subclass applied for.
If your application has been allocated to a case officer you should have received communication from your case officer.
Priority processingThe tables below list lodgement dates of applications that have been or will be allocated to case officers. These tables were last updated on 24 April 2012 and will be updated fortnightly.

Important note:
N/A denotes 'Not Applicable'. There are no GSM visa subclasses within these priority groups.
Allocation arrangements:
* Skilled Australian Sponsored (Family Sponsored) - allocation of Family Sponsored applications lodged in and outside Australia has been limited due to there being a low number of available visa places remaining this program year.
** Skilled Independent and Skilled Australian Sponsored (Family Sponsored) Priority Group 5 - allocation of applications lodged outside of Australia has not yet commenced.

楼上的斑竹，慢慢了解吧，境外G5一群苦逼的孩子，澳洲移民局一直给拖着不审理，有的拖了五年多啦。

G5，明白了就了然了。G5就是曾经递交申请时职业在紧缺专业，经过几轮的变迁，现在职业不在职业列表上了。就是一直被延后，垫底的最后一个优先级别5.当然G5又分为境内和境外的。境内G5已经于2011年底开始审理了，目前08年的基本审完了。境外G5只有州担保的目前刚刚开始，最早的是2007年的，依然在等待。
