挪威一科技公司实现在塑料薄膜上打印晶体管

挪威奥斯陆ThinFilm电子今天宣布已经成功地在塑胶条上打印计算机基本电子组件，ThinFilm公司和帕洛阿尔托研究中心一道将电池、内存等设备打印在塑料上。这种塑料标签大约3英寸长、1.5英寸宽，这种技术可以发展出电子标签，可以用来实时监测食品、药物、疫苗等易腐物，也可以用来设计温度计、集装箱报警传感器等设备，还可以利用铁电存储器实现读写和处理数据，并且功耗极低。

公司认为这种打印计算技术最终可以取代硅处理器，为未来人们生活中的每一个物件提供交互性的智能标记，在2013到2014年左右，公司还将为它添加无线网络模块，可以让物体和手机等设备间可以相互通信。
