Congratulations!  I'm also planning to learn drive, but not very soon.  I hold a license in China, but never ever really drove a car.

I think the best way for you is practice more under coach's supervision. Practice makes perfect.

Got my first infringement notice in Australia, 小小纪念一下  . I've wrote a letter to apply for an internal review, will have to pay the penalty if it does not work.  

I got a reply letter from the police. It says "This infrigement notice has been withdrawn to be re-assessed". So now what I need do is waiting for further notice from them.

These days I helped our friends solve some software problems on their desktop and laptops. Those problems are not quite difficult for ITers but had caused much trouble for my friends. It makes feel I'm still useful to the society.

Yesterday I went to the volunteer center for volunteer work, but they seems to be quite busy. I can only make appointment for interview on next week. Looks like lots of people want to work as a volunteer and help those people who need help.
I'm still not quite sure what I can do there, maybe help deliver food to the aged people nearby, or help transfer them to health center...

I would not recommend you to "change" your chinese Windows system back to English unless you want to waste your time in "playing with" your laptop. I think there are some ways to achieve this but maybe none of them are official supported ways by microsoft. You'd better install a english version instead and that might save your time.
