An opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to join our Business Services area as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant. This role is based in our William Street, Melbourne office and is a full time role.

Fundamentally you will be responsible for operating a busy Ericsson switchboard, provide professional reception service as the first point of contact for all visitors (both internal and external customers), and undertake general administrative duties.

Main responsibilities will include:
Assist with meeting room and resource bookings;
Setting up of meeting & training rooms on level 8;
Organising tea/coffee facilities for meetings on level 8;
Assist with the organisation of function catering;
Provide mail support, including the opening of incoming mail, and assisting with the outgoing mail;
Various ad-hoc and back up administrative functions.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong teamwork ethic with a strong focus on delivering results;
Good Microsoft office skills in Word and Excel;
Good numerical and written skills;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Strong customer service focus and communication/interpersonal skills.
