GRADUATE ANALYST PROGRAMMER – SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT

Vero Systems and Projects play an integral role in supporting, maintaining, enhancing, protecting and managing the investment in computer systems used throughout Vero.

The Graduate Analyst Programmer role is responsible for the technical support of applications developed using the Microsoft development toolset primarily based around .NET (C# and ASP.Net) and Access VBA.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing estimation, analysis, programming and testing tasks.
Provide support for existing applications.
Follow governance and review processes for application code.
Liase with business unit representatives through the system development lifecycle, particularly production support.
In order to succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:
Strong object-oriented programming skills.
Strong SQL programming skills.
Ability to adhere to quality development standards and procedures.
Excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work with numerous stakeholders.
Highly developed communication skills.
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering with credit average.
Additional Desirable Criteria
Microsoft .Net or Microsoft Access VBA programming skills.
Knowledge of hardware components such as servers and networks.
Knowledge of security and connectivity protocols.
Knowledge and/or exposure to BizTalk
