美国的无刑证明需要指纹。哪位大侠作过呀？　是找专业人士作，还是自己做？

I am aware of LZ living in China but the point being the fingerprinting is handled by FBI, not police station:

From what LZ's post, it sounded like LZ lived in the US for while and now of course LZ needs to get 无刑证明 for the DIMIA.
