求指导：ACS技术评估，推荐信签名问题

正在准备申请ACS的评估，有以下三个问题：
1 推荐信只有推荐人的签名，没有公司盖章，是否可以？

2是否需要提供推荐人名片？

3.statutory declarations 到底是什么？需要提供吗？怎么提供？

1 推荐信只有推荐人的签名，没有公司盖章，是否可以？
A:当时推荐信只有推荐人签名（用蓝色水笔），没有公司盖章，推荐信内容打印在按照公司Logo自己做的信纸上。推荐人是顶头上司；

2是否需要提供推荐人名片？
A：两家公司推荐信都提供了推荐人名片；前一家公司一位推荐人因为已经换了工作，还加上了推荐人新公司工卡的复印件；

3.statutory declarations 到底是什么？需要提供吗？怎么提供？
A：我们没有提供。具体是什么，请下一位补充。

现在ACS效率很高，我10月11日online提交申请，10月31日就CF了，赞一个！
1 推荐信只有推荐人的签名，没有公司盖章，是否可以？
----不需要公司盖章，我用的公司台头信纸。

2是否需要提供推荐人名片？
---我放了推荐人名片，建议最好放吧。

3.statutory declarations 到底是什么？需要提供吗？怎么提供？
---这个不清楚，我没有。

A statutory declaration is a statement made in writing and sworn before a person who has authority to administer it eg a solicitor. Therefore we require you to make a statement in which you state the details of your employment history providing such information as your role within the company, the duration for which the role was held, whether employment was part time or full time along with demonstrated levels of competence with any computer languages, the various types of hardware and software used and the extent of involvement with any major projects.

意思是要找太平绅士或者律师来保证你所写的东西如实。
在中国 你要去做公证，而去做公证一般要求你要盖公司章的，所以我建议你盖公章 用公司title还有公司电话地址，留下你推荐人的名片还有你的推荐人最好是你的总经理或部门经理上级领导有点分量的。一般有点分量的领导盖章都不难吧。材料做的越全，批得也就越快。

我们公司太大，有十几万员工，基层人员就是个所谓部门经理也是多如牛毛，想盖公章那是不可能的。也接触不到能审批盖公章的领导。
公司也不支持员工移民。所以，还是不考虑盖章了。
在坛里咨询了很多成功申请的朋友，都没有提供这个STATUTORY DECLARATION ，所以我也不纠结这个了。

留下这个帖子希望有疑惑的朋友搜到的时候能参考一下。
