说说acs准备材料吧

之前帮同学准备了acs申请 评估上个月也通过了

因为acs的材料要求和 原来的有些变化 我就在这里解释下

原来的acs是要自己写一个简历 现在需要一个employer reference letter, 其实两样东西内容是一样的，都要详细的写
我同学的申请之提交了我给他写的一个reference letter 也通过了

下面是 我关于reference letter 给acs的信, 主要是因为 不可能从老板拿拿到这个信，也不能在上面盖公章，也不能前那个decleration啥的

Dear officer,

I'm now preparing for my ACS skills assessment for mirgation purpose and now I have some problem need your help.

From the PASA guildeline we can see that an employer statment for my employment history is needed. If I can't get it from my employer, I can then submit my personal statement on a Statutory Declaration. But the question is, as a overseas applicant, I can't find a suitable authorised witness.

So my question is, is there a workaround for this?

Yes - we are looking for a 3rd party professional, similar to our list on our FAQ that could certify the document.

So seems that I still have to do the Statutory Declaration if I can't get a employer statement.

in the guideline it's said that

statement should be signed by my employer or a person authorised by my employer

then my question is who can sign this statement?  can my teammate (person who holds a higher position in my team) sign this? (If he can, how could ACS determine he is/is not the authorised person by my employer? what's the difference between such a statement and colleague reference which is required to do a Statutory Declaration, since both of them can be signed by my colleague)

A reference from an employer is preferred but not always possible. In this situation the declaration can be from a colleague in a higher position.  A statutory declaration is a legally binding document where a reference letter could be from anyone.

So you mean, a colleague in a higher position can write the employer statement for me, with his signature. And this statement doesn't need a Statutory Declaration, is that correct?

Thanks for your reply. If the letter that is written by an employee in a higher position is on a company letterhead you do not need a statutory declaration however if it cannot be provided on a company letterhead a statutory declaration will be required.

原来怎样的我不知道 因为我自己是IEA

我想原来可能是  详细的简历(详细的项目描述)+概要的 reference letter(就和在职证明一样简略的)

现在 换汤不换药 reference letter 里面要有详细的项目描述  所以 简历也不需要了

其实是没啥变化的

这不是什么值得夸耀的事情，一旦背调出问题的话，接下来的路就很难走了。

如果是由同事或领导写的推荐信的话，亲笔签名就可以了，但应该提供详细的联系方式。如果是部门开的工作证明这样的正式信函，那么当然最好是有公章。

背调不一定打给推荐人，如果打给路人甲乙丙丁，如果又正好问了路人“申请的人manager是hxuanyu对不对”，那不就。。。。。。

弄不到company letterhead，也找不到higher position的同事写reference letter
可以找普通同事写，再加上一些名片/在职证明/工资单之类的辅助材料证明吗？
