大家有没有一个总结，2年移民监中，475和176到底有什么区别？

已得知的部分答案，请大家确认：
1，医保，176有免费，475一人200澳币
2. 176如果父母全职，子女有幼儿园补助，而475没有，幼儿园超贵70澳币每周
3. 176读语言课和各种认证免费，而475不免（大概多少？）
4. 475必须2年内有1年工作经验，用于申请PR，而176压力不大

还有的问题：
5. 176和475去找工作，475是否会被"歧视“？
6. 475申请PR批准率是多少？哪些条件可以有利于PR批准？

475被越来越多人重视，还是请大家共同顶起，补充各种问题

区别大了去了吧..
176虽然也是担保, 但是直接是PR了, 可以享受所有PR待遇
475只是TR而已. 非但没有福利, 还要满足一定条件转PR

5. 不会，除非人家已经标明要PR或citizen了
6. 符合条件100%。没有“有利于”，只有“符合”。

按国内的模式理解，TR类似拿暂住证的（没福利），还需要2年后依条件转换一次TR变PR。

但是两种转citizen要求一样，TR期间的时间也是计算在内的，都是4年

追加一个问题：
之前从其他童鞋那里得到的信息是主副申只要有一个做移民监（在担保州工作1年，居住2年）即可申请PR，但在填写475时发现下面的Declaration for Skilled Regional Sponsored visa，从这里看是要求主副申都要呆在担保州
所以想问下下面的情况是否可行：
副申在担保州坐移民监，获取PR条件；主审在澳洲其他地方工作（比如悉尼）是否可行?

Declaration for Skilled Regional Sponsored visa
Warning: Under the Migration Act 1958, there are penalties for deliberately giving false or misleading information.

I declare that I understand that if granted a Skilled Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa:
the visa granted will be for a three year temporary stay in Australia;

I will be expected to live and work in regional Australia or a low population growth metropolitan area;

all family members holding a Skilled Regional Sponsored visa will also be required to live and work/study in regional Australia or a low population growth metropolitan area;

a condition code will be included on the visa label (and my family members' visa labels) advising that I (and all family members) must not live or work/study outside regional Australia or a low population growth metropolitan area; and

if I, or any family member holding a Skilled Regional Sponsored visa included in this application, do not comply with the conditions of the Skilled Regional Sponsored visa it may be cancelled.

I have advised all family unit members included in this application of the conditions of the Skilled Regional Sponsored visa (as detailed above) and that the visa may be cancelled if these conditions are not met. They understand and acknowledge this situation.

I declare that I have advised all family members aged 16 years or over who are migrating to Australia of the above and they have advised me they understand these obligations.

I declare that I authorise the department to notify the decision on this application to the sponsoring agency in a State or Territory government, including information relating to any criterion/criteria not met.

I have read and understood the information provided to me in this application.

只要持有475/476签证在非担保区（比如悉尼）学习工作都是违法（至少签证纸上说的），只有在澳洲境外才可以。

例如你是SA担保，不能在悉尼，但可以在NSW除悉尼以外的地区生活工作。

当然有问题~~中介大还是移民局大，这还用想么？
当然短期出差没问题，而且只要没人举报，在AD安排好房子，电话，水电煤气啥的留着做证据，长待悉尼也没事，但你要清楚这是在作假。
