Co现身了，要求补料

申请的时候,把父母写在NON migrating dependents下面了，而列在这下面的必须体检和提供无刑

Co让我确认下...显然她猜我写错了，让我我填1023表..

希望大家以后不要犯同样的错误.. dependents 定义:

1.12 (1) Subject to subregulations (2), (2A), (6) and (7), a person is a member of the family unit
of another person (in this subregulation called the family head) if the person is:
(a) a spouse of the family head; or
(b) a dependent child of the family head or of a spouse of the family head; or
(c) a dependent child of a dependent child of the family head or of a spouse of the family head;
or
(e) a relative of the family head or of a spouse of the family head who:
(i) has never married or is widowed, divorced or separated; and
(ii) is usually resident in the family head's household; and
(iii) is dependent on the family head.
Please note that any dependent members of your family unit (migrating or not) are required to
meet the health and character requirements. If they do not meet the above definition of member
of the family unit please complete Form 1023, indicating that they should have been entered on
the application as "Other Family Members" This form is available at the following internet link

貌似子女应该填到Migrating dependents里面，配偶应该有单独的地方填写，不需要填到Family member里面。

我也没小孩, 老婆单独填到别的地方了, 我的"NON migrating dependents"下面是空的

问问过来人, 这样填对不对啊? 别把我老婆给落下, 那就废废了~

这个问题严重啊，要搞错了，满清十大酷刑就要上了。哈哈
不过，相信应该不会的，我记得填写配偶的内容信息后面，有一个选项是配偶是否一起移民，如果你选择的不一起移民，还需要填写一堆理由的。

If no, is your spouse/de facto partner intending to join you at a later date?
If no, please explain why your spouse/de facto partner is not migrating with you.

有这么几项:

主申
Spouse/de facto partner details <--老婆在这里
Migrating dependents
NON migrating dependents
Other family members

多谢回复, 我也找到出处了, 应该不会发生这种悲剧, 呵呵

这要是真搞错了, 估计得来10遍十大酷刑, 呵呵
