7.1之后的8年工作经验问题

关于8年工作经验的问题，他们先问的是过去10年中的工作经验，但在《7-1 point test》里面又有下面的描述“Australian and overseas employment over the past ten years can be combined, however the maximum number of points that can be awarded for Australian or overseas employment experience or combinations of both is 20 points.“
现在俺的情况是过去10年中有7年9个月的工作经验，因为在2002年到2004年又上学去了。在此之前还有1年工作经验。这样的情况能得到多少分啊，这一项上面？

另外现在移民局tmd黑多了，原来会帮你测算分数，如果不通过的话不让提交。现在我把资料改了一下，明显分数不够的情况也可以提交。这tmd如果不行不就白花钱了嘛，时间也浪费掉了。

应该可以算8年工作经验的。20分我的理解是同时有澳洲和海外工作经验才适用。
