关于评估所需的 employer statement 有下面这么一段


1.3.        If you are reluctant to approach your current employer for a statement of service that you need for your application, you may submit a personal statement on a properly signed and witnessed Statutory Declaration. The Statutory Declaration is to detail as a minimum:

        the reason/s why you are submitting a Statutory Declaration; and
        all the necessary detail about your employment experience.

如果不愿意让雇主写这个statement 可以自己写 但是需要 Statutory Declaration,  这个 Statutory Declaration是个什么啊, 怎么搞

是个人申明，在澳洲的话，当着JP的面就可以做。就是自己申明所陈述的事情是事实，如果违背的话，愿意承担相应的法律责任。

如果在国内做的话，估计要找律师。

网上看了一下 似乎领事馆提供这样的服务

这里的人不少 这个新的gudeline也是去年71启用的 按道理说很多人都遇到过这个问题
但看起来很少人知道这个东西

难道大家做acs都是不管新政 还是提交简历的那老一套？

我今年刚做的，提交了比我资历深的同事的推荐信，加上盖了公司章的在职证明，前一个公司的材料同样提交了比我资历深的同事的推荐信和盖了公司章的离职证明，然后没有任何废话的通过了。
我的理解是，ACS还是以结果导向的，并不很抠条文，只要你能真实的由第三方证明你的claim，就可以了。
