求教工業工程專業能否評為 Production or Plant Engineer 呢?

我只有一年Production Engineer的工作經驗，我已嘗試寫CDR作評估，可是EA的回復是：

The CDR process is meant to be an holistic assessment. This means it must take into account not only the career episodes but the educational content as described in your transcript, your work experience etc. One of the most important assessment elements, especially in the absence of 5 or more years of work experience in a particular engineering discipline, is your academic transcript. Unfortunately, upon reading your academic transcript, it does not include the mix of units that we would require for me to be able to give you an outcome of a Production or Plant Engineer. As such, even if you re-write your career episodes, I will be unable to give you the outcome you seek.
