联系EA的email应该怎么写啊？

我的receipt没收到，准备给他们发封咨询的email，应该怎么写比较规范啊？

不会被一封小小的邮件难住的

没什么单独针对EA的邮件规范而言   
我觉得 做到 写法正式 语气恳切礼貌 内容清晰
就没有问题了

我一般这样写

Dear Officer,

I write this e-Mail to confirm if you have already received my application of skills assessment. It is hard for me to offer my CID because I did not receive the receipt yet. I am worried because I expressed *** weeks ago.

Please kindly help me to check in your system. I expressed all materials on *** (data) and My name is ***. Btw, my passport number is *** which may be helpful for your checking.
