日本大学毕业在日本申请acs所需材料？

昨晚和老公一起查acs官网，有些疑惑特想问下各位 1）Academic award 2）Statement of academic record 3）thesis abstract （国内的话 我办过成绩单密封件 学士学位证明,我本科毕业所以没办过thesis abstract 老公是在日本读的本科研究生 我们不知道是不是需要提供呢？）
4）Verifiable statements from your employers to support all your employment as IT professional. You may submit a reference from your colleague who occupies or has occupied a higher position than you and is an expert in your nominated occupation。（关于提供推荐信 因为目前并不想让老公老板知道 请同级同事写是不是可以呢？）
5）Verifiable independent evidence of your identity and date of birth, such as a birth certificate or passport.（之前听说移民提交时候也是出生公证 护照公证只是acs需要 所以我在国内办的是出生公证 那么老公在这边也应该是办出生公证吧）
另外关于提供的材料原件和英文翻译（我在国内成绩单未公证 学士学位是公证了的 不知道日本这边情况是不是不大一样）
Overseas translations must be done on the organisation’s letterhead and include an official stamp, the translator’s name, signature and contact telephone number (all in block letters) legibly printed below the signature.
certified copies of all foreign language documents; and
certified copies of the English translations.
此外关于移民提交的材料：在国内的时候我在学校办了中文普通话授课的证明（老公在这边是不是也要联系学校开具日文的授课证明呢）关于婚姻证明我在国内的时候开具过中日文的婚姻公证 之后老公在日本这边提交了我们的婚姻手续 那么我们这种情况提交给移民局的婚姻材料在东京这边是否也可以办理？
还有个小小问题 老公上月考了ielts 成绩不理想 昨晚我们发现11号出了新政 英文要求高了不少 那么按照新政说法是2010年7月1号开始实施 lodged在此日期之前还是老政 那么是不是意味着我们办完acs，ielts拿到6的话，赶在7月1号之前向移民当局申请就是用老政呢？
