75:74了， Tony Windsor's decision to back Labor means it's now impossible for the Coalition to gets the numbers to form a minority government. If Rob Oakeshott backs Tony Abbott, Parliament would be deadlocked 75-75.
Rob Oakeshott says "and then there was one" and embarks on a round of thanks.
He says his vote doesn't deliver either party a mandate; no one party has dominance over the Parliament.
"We're going to have a whale of a time," Mr Oakeshott says.
He says either Julia Gillard or Tony Abbott would make a good prime minister, and he has encouraged the pair to renew their friendship and work together.
He still hasn't said who will have his vote, but he's now talking about stability of government; it appears this has to go Labor's way.
