仔细的看过了好几遍GuideLine，还是有些问题不解，发出来请教高手，期待牛头人解答，万分感谢。
同时，也算抛砖引玉吧，希望大家把对GuideLine的疑问都发到这里，咱们一起讨论，把它搞定了，ACS应该就呕了 
Q1：Page7中关于出生证明，有如下描述：
Verifiable independent evidence of your identity and date of birth, such as a birth certificate or passport
如果有护照，不做出生证明的话，这里的需要提供的不是passport吧，是指复印件么？复印件需要公证么？
Q2：Page9中，关于 Statement of academic record 的说明中，提到：
A legend explaining the grading system must be included.
这里要求included的是什么东西呢？课程的解释说明？到哪里怎么搞到呢？
Q3：Page9中，关于提到的 “ Thesis abstract”：
Thesis abstract(for PhD, Doctoral and Masters by research awards) endorsed by primary supervisor, where possible. When you provide a certified copy of the thesis abstract, the name of the university and the date of the thesis publication must appear on every page.
如果本科生申请ACS的话，需要提交论文的摘要么？需要公证么？如何公证呢？每页都需要带有学校名和发布日期？是不是得按照要求重新制作一份论文摘要、打印、公证呢？
另外，本科论文需要提供么？是否需要作为成绩单的一部分呢？
问这个问题的原因是：我的课程中，感觉ICT课程不足，成绩单中仅把毕设论文写成了”Graduate project“，如果我补充说明一下论文的题目的话，想把毕设论文也算作一门ICT课程。
Q4：Page10中，1.3的说明如下：
If you are reluctant to approach your current employer for a statement of service that you need for your application, you may submit a personal statement on a properly signed and witnessed Statutory Declaration. The Statutory Declaration is to detail as a minimum:
想问问witnessed Statutory Declaration指的是什么东西？个人写的一个正式的声明并签字是否可以？这个材料需要公证么？
Important: If you provide a Statutory Declaration with your application, you must also provide some form of corroborative information from a third party for the claims made in the Statutory Declaration.
如果自己准备材料，需要第三方证明么？公证？公证啥呢？
Q5：Page10中，1.4的Important中有如下描述：
In this case, you must provide an organisation chart showing upward and downward reporting relationships. All titles must be included. The organisation chart must be verified by your colleague’s immediate supervisor. A company seal is not sufficient, the document must be signed.
这段啥意思？需要提供什么Chart呢？这个Chart还要被include在每页的Title中？还需要被同事的领导认可？这怎么搞呢？
除了公章外还需要同事领导签字么？即公章和同事的领导签字都是必须的么？
Q6：关于需要材料的问题。
Page9的1.1中说需要雇主提供工作说明“Verifiable statements from your employers” ，如果不想让当前雇主知道的话，按照1.3中的说法，提供一个“personal statement”就行了吧？
而Page10中1.4说的“You may submit a reference from your colleague ......” 指的是需要同事提供一份推荐信，与前面的1.1中的工作证明(或者1.3中的personal statement)不是一个东西是么？是都需要提供的么？如果推荐信也必须提供，且推荐信还必须由同事的领导签字并加盖公章的话，不就相当于让公司知道了么？不就让现在的employer知道了么？不就是没有达到1.3说明的不让employer 知道的目的了么？(为了不影响年终奖金，我现在不想让雇主知道移民的计划)
Q7：其他
另外，《ADDENDUM_TO_THE_ACS_PASA_GUIDELINES_FOR_APPLICANTS.pdf》，是得要求课程的ICT符合度超过65%、且工作内容和课程设置的符合度超过65？
Group A
| For Group A assessments, for an ICT major in a degree to be considered to be in a relevant field to an applicant's nominated occupation, at least 65% of the minimum requirement for the major must be in the same ICT disciplinary area as that occupation.
| Work experience: employment episodes will only be assessed where at least 65% of the duties performed were closely related to the nominated occupation. Applicants must supply sufficient evidence of the employment they have completed, which is related to their nominated occupation.
