ACS 261312

1. 有没有原来打算评估223179（java、j2ee、c之类），今年7.1新ANZSCO出来后评估261312的？

有已经评估通过了的吗，能share一下推荐信吗？

2. 另外，我的情况如下，只有115分，是不是只有通过社区语言（5分）才能凑够120分？

30以下：30分
职业分：60（如果261312通过的话）
雅思：15（尚未考，保6争7）
工作经验：10（工作5年）

3. DIAC对工作经历一项的要求是：

you have been employed in your nominated occupation, or a closely related occupation listed on the SOL, for at least three (3) of the four (4) years before the day of your application.

要求过去4年至少3年的工作经历是和提名职业密切相关。虽然我工作5年，不过工作内容都是java、j2ee相关，评261312不是很自信。不过为了拿到10分职业经历分，推荐信好像必须把过去三年的工作经历往261312上靠。除此之外还有其他方法吗？

先看ACS的PASAGuidelinesforApplicants里的一段话

Important: Hardware assembly, cabling and repair; computer operating; data entry and/or coding; clerical/administrative interaction with computer applications, etc. are not regarded as IT professional level employment.

提到coding不被认为是IT专业级。

国内的软件公司一个项目里按技术角色分，应该有architect、technical team leader和developer。一般来说，developer根据technical team leader的技术说明做coding。

然后我们看一下261312的官方定义：（下面摘自http://www.australia-migration.com/page/261312/607）

Occupation: Developer Programmer

(Applications Developer, ICT Developer, ICT Programmer)

Interprets specifications, technical designs and flow charts, builds, maintains and modifies the code for software applications, constructs technical specifications from a business functional model, and tests and writes technical documentation.

Tasks Include:

    * researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs
    * identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
    * testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming lanugage within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
    * writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
    * writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures

看看这些要求，我觉得刚毕业的developer（对应于我头几年的工作）应该没法胜任提到的大部分要求，所以我觉得261312应该对应于technical team leader比较合适。

不知道大家什么看法，以及有没有对新政策IT部分比较权威的解读，欢迎探讨

申请261312（Developer Programmer），在ACS以及DIAC对工作年限的要求是不是就是2年？我目前工作4年左右，但是有人在帖子里说要5年半，我迷惑了。知道的给个解答，或者如果有明确的条文说明的，给个出处？

GROUP A (suitable)
Applicants must provide evidence that they have a qualification assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor (undergraduate) degree or Graduate Diploma or higher degree level qualification with a major in ICT in a highly relevant field to the nominated occupation and at least two (2) years of full time professional ICT work experience in a field closely related to the nominated occupation, completed in the seven (7) years before the date of application for Skills Assessment.
Note: Four (4) years of full time professional ICT work experience in a field closely related to the nominated occupation are required if the ICT qualification/s is not relevent to the nominated occupation.

如果有ICT本科或更高学历，那么过去7年最少2年高度相关工作经历即可；否则，四年紧密相关工作经历是必需的

我分不出区别，所以我推荐信，很多都以develop大头的句子...

大部分公司应该不会分这么细吧？我觉得只要是通常意义上的developer都符合261312

我觉得developer包含
需求分析，也就是仔细看下需求文档，提出些不太明白的地方
开发阶段
单元测试
Fix bug
性能，压力方面测试和调整
部署相关的脚本和设计
