请帮忙确认几个关于acs的问题

1. 提交ACS的时候，需不需要成绩密封件？可不可以只提供公正件？
我的理解：
《PASAGuidelinesforApplicants.doc》 Page 9:
1.1.        You must support all claims by submitting certified or notarised copies (do not send original documents; these may be difficult to replace and you should retain them for your personal records) of the following documents with your application:

这里只提到公正拷贝，没提到密封。

2. 证明工作经历的信件究竟是推荐信还是证明信？如果有一家公司有两位推荐人或证明人，是不是可以写一封信，两个人签名就可以了？
我的理解：
《PASAGuidelinesforApplicants.doc》 Page 10:
Statements must be dated, signed by your employer or a person authorised by your employer (the name, position and contact details of the person making the statement must be clearly indicated) and must include details of the exact periods of employment and a full and detailed description of the nature and content of your work. Where possible, statements should be on company letterhead.
这里面说的感觉是statements甚至都不是信件。所以我感觉是证明信。

3. 我高中读的是计算机学校的中专或者职高，大专读的自考：计算机技术及应用专业。%20的计算机课是一定的，不过由于是专科，没有学位，而且没有学位证。我是否应该按照RPL的方式来申请？还是按照普通方式来申请？

A Bachelor or higher degree course undertaken by an applicant granted advanced standing, credit(s) or exemption(s) will only be regarded as undertaken where, in the opinion of the ACS, credit(s) or exemption(s) are given for equivalent subjects (particularly in terms of IT content) taken at an equivalent educational level in an institution of equivalent academic standing.

这个看来是确定的事情了，RPL 还要多准备些材料。

4. 由于自考是业余学习的，而且毕业文凭上面并没有说明是经过几年的学习才得到毕业，我是否还需要公正我学习的时间长短？
比如我是从1998年就开始学习自考，直到2003年才拿到毕业文凭。
《PASAGuidelinesforApplicants.doc》 Page 9:
Degree/diploma/certificate stating the title of the award, name of the awarding institution, the year the degree/diploma/certificate was conferred and the grade achieved.
这里面说的是需要提供毕业的年份，而没有提及是否需要证明学习的总时间。感觉是不需要这个证明？

5. 关于毕业证，所说的 certified  是指清华认证？公正后的英文翻译件行不行？

请已经完成ACS的网友说说你们的看法。

不需要提供密封件。公证件就可以了，如果你已经花钱做好密封件了寄过去也无妨
一个公司一个推荐人就可以了，证明工作经验需要简历还有推荐人的推荐信和名片，推荐信最好是用有公司title的信纸
没有学历学位走普通的好像不行

有学历，是大专学历，但是没有学位。

一半

1。都可以，不过好像密封件便宜些
2。一个人签名的推荐信即可。两个人，就两封，你啥时候见过两个人合着写一封信的
3。把RPL准备了吧
4。貌似不用提供学习时间，一般学位证或毕业证上面会提学习时间。但你这个自考的大专。。。我不是很确定
5。清华认证是给DIAC的，ACS不要。certified指公证件，当然密封件也可以

没有学位好像做不了清华，如果做不了清华的，没有担保的话，社区语言的5分不一定能拿得到，总分不一定够120吧

就是这个问题，打算申请州担保，麻烦啊。
