自问自答,刚刚脑子突然抽了,去看了下ACS官网,信息如下:
Minister's announcement of new Skilled Occupations List – 17 May

On 17 May 2010, the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Chris Evans, announced the list of occupations included in the new Skilled Occupation List (SOL). The introduction of a new list of occupations is part of a package of reforms that reflects the Government's commitment to a labour market demand-driven Skilled Migration Program.
See:
Fact sheet – The new Skilled Occupation List (SOL) ( 72KB PDF file)
New List of Skilled Occupations Intended To Replace The Current Skilled Occupation List ( 63KB PDF file)
Frequently Asked Questions – How will I be affected by the introduction of a new Skilled Occupations List? ( 99KB PDF file)
Fact sheet – Options for people who may not be eligible for independent migration ( 70KB PDF file)

Currently, the Australian Computer Society (ACS) is the designated professional assessing authority for persons seeking to apply for Skilled Migration as IT (Computing) Professionals, with the following Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO) codes:

Information Technology Manager ASCO 1224-11
Systems Manager ASCO 2231-11
Systems Designer ASCO 2231-13
Software Designer ASCO 2231-15
Applications & Analyst Programmer ASCO 2231-17
Systems Programmer ASCO 2231-19
Computer Systems Auditor ASCO 2231-21
Computing Professionals not elsewhere classified (nec) ASCO 2231-79
In addition to the Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO) code descriptions for each of the occupations listed above, the ACS has established criteria for the level of qualifications, training and work experience required for an IT (Computing) Professional for the purposes of migration to Australia, outlined in the ACS Pre-application Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants [ DOC: 1,029Kb].

Steps for Submitting an IT (Computing) Professional Skills Assessment Application

1. Read

ACS Pre-application Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants
General Skilled Migration booklet available on the Australian Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC) website
  ACS Key Areas of Knowledge
If you believe you meet the set criteria, please proceed to the next step.

Please note: It is the responsibility of each applicant to ensure that the documentation provided in the application demonstrates that he/she can perform as IT (Computing) Professional at a standard that meets the requirements.

2.  Download the relevant application form
Depending on your qualifications, there are two types of Pre-application Skills Assessment (PASA) applications:

Applicants who have ICT or ICT-related qualification should submit one of the following PASA Application Forms:
Form PASA 1.0 (General)
Form PASA 1.1 (Professional Members of the ACS)
Form PASA 1.2 (Applicants seeking recent work experience exemption)
Form PASA 1.2.1 (Applicants seeking recent work experience exemption but wishing to have their professional IT (Computing) experience taken into consideration)

Applicants who have non-ICT qualification, or no qualification, but have extensive experience in ICT should submit  Form PASA 2.0 (Recognition of Prior Learning).
or

apply online

A non-refundable application fee is required upon submission.

3. Submit your application by following the instructions included in the

ACS Pre-application Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants [ DOC: 1,029Kb].

Timelines for assessment

As a general rule, applicants should allow at least twelve weeks between the time of making a complete and satisfactory application to the ACS and a decision being made by the responsible decision maker. Timelines may be extended by a number of factors, including the complexity of the application, incomplete applications, requests from the ACS for additional information and the time taken by the applicant to provide additional or revised information.
