收到Workforce Victoria Research的邀请邮件

我是3.8提交的VIC州担保申请，还没批下来。今天上午刚通过邮件提交完ACS评估结果（扫描件），隔不多久就收到了一封邮件，由Quantum Market Research发出，邀请我参加一个市场调查。

Quantum Market Research is an independent market and social research organisation which seeks the opinions and views of many different people.

This study is being conducted on behalf of Workforce Victoria, part of the Victorian Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development.  The survey is about skilled migration and your help would be appreciated.

Quantum has been engaged to seek the totally anonymous and confidential views of a sample of skilled migrants, employers and other stakeholders in relation to the services and support given to skilled migrants.

Your contact details have been provided only for the purpose of conducting the survey.  Of course all the answers you give will be kept confidential and anonymous.  It's only your experiences and opinions we are after, and there will be no sales follow up as a result of your participation in the survey.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and of course all your answers will be kept confidential.

问题：
1.我的判断是Workforce Victoria委托这家Quantum Market Research公司（邮箱后缀是.com.au）做市场调查，因此把我的资料透露给QMR。这不属于泄露个人信息。这样来理解是否合适？
2.既然这个调查是关于VIC的技术移民（views of a sample of skilled migrants, employers and other stakeholders in relation to the services and support given to skilled migrants），那我是否可以yy一下，就是我已经被VIC准了（但还没到发邮件通知阶段），因此才会收到这样的调查邀请？

我也收到了，但我猜和准担保没有关系。他们声称是独立调查机构,应该是vic州把我们的通讯资料提供给他们，并委托他们作市场调查。 不过我也真的想YY一下是准了。

太容易得手的，通常都不会引起重视，也就难以说珍惜了。

付出能有回报，这已经是我觉得最幸福的事情。
