这是我的雅思作文总是觉得思路打不开请指教

Nowadays, education plays essential key in our lives. Some people insist those students should afford tuition on their own while others believe that government should manage to pay for tuition for students. That is becoming a controversial query. Personally, I convinced that we can derive benefits from both of them.
  Government paying for university tuition fees can bring numerous benefits. it is obvious that government has a duty to afford students’ university tuition fees. Since education is an indispensable part of national pillar industry it has been exerting profound influence on many areas. Especially, in many developed countries, they have sound infrastructure. They should pour more money into educational areas, such as primary, secondary, tertiary tuition fee. Besides, subsidization of higher education is that it gives all students have opportunities to accepting university education. Lots of students who live in poverty family have to give up their university education, because they do not have enough money to pay for high tuition fees.
Also, students pay for their university tuition fees by themselves, which gains considerable advantage. As matter of fact, ii can decrease government spending on tuition fees, which enables government to fund more money on facilities and school buildings may give students better environment to study.  
In conclusion, there are many benefits that we can derive from both of them. I believe that government should combine them together, which is in the best interest of the government and students.

个人感觉，如果中立的话，最好是写一下，是政府交还是自己交学费
depends on the students' fanacial conditions and which subject they gonna to choose...

偏一边还是中立本身无所谓，关键是你下面要写的论述是否支持你的论点，逻辑，词汇，语法等运用得如何。

个人认为，西方人并不一定喜欢墙头草的论点，所以不要担心你的论点是不是正确的，只需考虑你是否能论的清楚，论的生动，论的有说服力。

我也有过思路非常狭窄的时候。但是雅思不是考观点。论点加充分的支持句比较重要吧。
感觉LZ的模板味有点明显。有些词有点错误，比如：I AM CONVINCED

今年上海世博会5月1日开幕，北京车展则5月2日闭幕，时间正好交叉，所以，北京车展就有了“车博会”的别称。

　　本届车展上最大亮点莫过于中国本土企业的新车阵营真正形成了与跨国公司和合资品牌抗衡的局面，折射出“中国汽车正在崛起”的强劲势头。

　　资深汽车媒体人吴迎秋在刚刚出版的《世界向东》一书中这样写道：世界汽车在一百年多年前诞生于欧洲，兴盛于美国，随后向东，到日本、韩国，现在来到了中国。这不是一种巧合，这是一种“时”与“势”的规律……这变化不仅仅是汽车生产方式的变化，而应该是世界汽车格局变化的开始，更可能是世界经济趋势变化的一种反映。

　　就中国汽车而言，这种反映体现在强大的政府支持力度上；体现在势不可挡的市场增长率上；体现在一系列国内外车企的兼并重组中；更体现在蓬勃而起的新能源浪潮里。

　　但是，提到品牌，恐怕前面提到的诸多“强大”立刻“轻如鸿毛”。目前能够让中国人耳熟能详的国际汽车品牌个个“如雷贯耳”，奔驰的E级车、通用的别克、标致的307、大众的高尔夫、丰田的凯美瑞，另有奢侈品牌如法拉利、劳斯莱斯等等，它们的地位其实都与其背后的国家形象及产业优势紧密地联系在一起。

　　数数中国汽车的名牌，除了红旗沿袭了“中国国车”的血统，其余的，前有夏利、长安，后有吉利、奇瑞、比亚迪，哪个都带有“价格便宜量又足”的感觉。世博会和北京车展时间上的交叉，确实给了中国汽车一个提升整体形象的机会。

　　首先是市场。可以把“车博会”看成是一种市场，一种跨越国界的全球市场。尽管北京车展本身不是贸易性的，但可以预计，20万观众将产生大量或直接或间接的消费。所有参展的企业借势进入，通过分析中国消费者的需求和行为，寻找产品与市场结合点。

　　其次，北京车展是展示中国汽车的“全球性媒体”。展会期间，不仅中国媒体，国外媒体也纷纷聚焦中国汽车，一举一动都被放大，令中国汽车“主场”优势凸显，有机会展现实力。

　　1851年5月1日，世界第一次博览会在英国召开。当时完成了工业革命的英国已经是世界上一流的强国，没有人怀疑英国的强大，因为强大而带来的巨大召唤力使英国举办了第一届世界博览会。今天，世博会已经成为国家政治经济地位提高的象征，那么“生于斯长于斯”的中国汽车势必能够借势“顺风扬帆，水涨船高”。

肯定是两边都写啦，能多写一点。
其实雅思作文就是八股文，文章结构都可以套的，但是句子最好自己写，不要乱套。

应该是偏向一边.... and then support your point. why it is right.......if govement do not pay...a lot of poor people wil be without education.......
