最新政策—针对技术移民类签证，提供英语语言成绩的时间有新要求

移民局官方网站，今日出台新政策。 对于技术移民范畴内的以下签证类型必须在签证决定前提供英语语言成绩。
• Skilled – Independent (Residence) visa (subclass 885)澳洲境内独立技术移民 885
•Skilled – Sponsored (Residence) visa (subclass 886) 澳洲境内担保技术移民 886
•Skilled – Independent (Migrant) visa (subclass 175) 澳洲境外独立技术移民 175
•Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) visa (subclass 176) 澳洲境外担保技术移民 176
•Skilled – Provisional (Regional Sponsored) visa (subclass 475) 475 类澳大利亚境外指定地区担保临时技术移民签证
•Skilled – Provisional (Recognised Graduate) visa (subclass 476)澳洲境外留学生临时技术移民签证
•Skilled – Provisional (Graduate) visa (subclass 485) (where the app lication was made on or after 27 October 2008).澳洲境内毕业生临时技术签证（2008年10月27日当日或之后递交）

按照规定，签证申请者不得拖延提供英语语言成绩。如果签证申请者没有在递交申请之时提供英语成绩证据，移民局将不会延迟作出签证决定。签证申请者将拥有自递交签证申请起28天的时间提供英语成绩，如果28天内没有提供语言证据，申请将会被拒签。

对于2008年10月27日之前递交485签证申请和487 类澳洲境内指定地区担保临时技术移民签证的签证申请者，将不会受到此条例的影响。但申请者必须在申请之时提供英语语言能力证据或已经申请了相关的语言测试的证据。

这个新规定对那些英语成绩不好需要时间准备，又不想耽误签证进程的申请者无疑是个致命的打击。过去可以在雅思成绩合格之前递交申请排队，在等待过程中可以准备英语成绩，以节约时间。现在要求签证申请者必须在英语成绩基本合格的时候才能递交申请，这将大大延长签证申请时间！所以广大想要出国来澳洲的朋友必须加紧进程学好英语。这也是联邦政府为了对技术移民加高门槛的又一个新要求啊！Good Luck to everyone!

Changes to the time of provision of evidence of English language ability

There are new arrangements for the provision of evidence for English language ability. Applicants for the following GSM subclasses have until the time of decision to provide evidence of their English language ability.

•Skilled – Independent (Residence) visa (subclass 885)
•Skilled – Sponsored (Residence) visa (subclass 886)
•Skilled – Independent (Migrant) visa (subclass 175)
•Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) visa (subclass 176)
•Skilled – Provisional (Regional Sponsored) visa (subclass 475)
•Skilled – Provisional (Recognised Graduate) visa (subclass 476)
•Skilled – Provisional (Graduate) visa (subclass 485) (where the application was made on or after 27 October 2008).
Applicants should not delay in providing their evidence of English language ability. The department will not delay finalising applications where English language test results have not been provided at time of application. Applicants will have 28 days from the date of application to provide their English language results if they did not provide them at time of application. At this point in time, if evidence has not been provided the application will be refused.

There is no change in the requirements for Skilled – Provisional (Graduate) visa (subclass 485) where the application was made before 27 October 2008 or the Skilled Provisional (Regional Sponsored) visa (subclass 487). The applicant must either provide evidence of English language ability at time of application or provide evidence that they have made a booking to undertake an English language test

别的我不知道，175不是一直就是提交前就需要语言成绩嘛？再说现在很多职业都是在职业评估时就需要语言成绩了！
BTW，今天澳洲不是法定假日嘛，移民局还发了新政？！

今日应为-近日，其实就是这个月的事情，谢谢楼主的锐眼。楼主说的很对，其实很多职业的职业评估就已经要求语言成绩了，评估机构和移民局对语言的要求也有所不同。这个新政策市针对所有职业的技术移民申请者而言的，具体你可以查看移民局官方网站原文！

5月7号有了新政策 可以在没有雅思的情况下递交 但是如果移民局要结果 必须28天内提供结果
否则直接拒签
