关于入籍的问题

大家好！
今天翻看老帖子，看到这么一句话：“如果父母其中一方是澳大利亚永久居民，其在澳大利亚出生的孩子可自动成为澳大利亚公民”。
但是一直没有找到官方文件的出处，如果哪位知道，烦请把官方文件的地址链接告诉我一下。谢谢！

Children born in Australia to parents who are not Australian citizens or permanent residents, automatically acquire Australian citizenship on their 10th birthday if they have lived most of their life in Australia. 父母如果不是PR和公民，出生在澳洲，如果大部分时间在澳洲度过，十岁起自动变为澳洲公民

我现在考虑这个问题还太早....

看了链接中的原文，但是只看到了时间维度的限制，就是说：Children born after that date are only Australian citizens if at least one parent was an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of their birth.并没有提及孩子的出生地必须是Australia.....

哪位达人可以指教下，什么文件里要求孩子的出生地必须在oz?
