My friend called ACS and his CO is also Phillip Kolesnikoff. The reception says Phillip Kolesnikoff is not working in ACS any more.

No wonder now the cases handled by Phillip Kolesnikoff are very slow

My friend's case was finalized just recently --- he has not got the letter yet though

He submitted in early Dec 2009 --- it took nearly 4 months ...

I heard Philip hadleft ACS,but system still shows my application is under his name.I am not sure who is dealing with my case currently,is it processed by other case officer? could you tell me?My applicaton has been in process for almost 3 months,when will it be case finalized?
