points for Occupation in demand (and job offer)

1。（10分）

If you:
• nominate a skilled occupation that appears on the MODL when you apply or
when your application is decided;
• have been employed in that skilled occupation or a closely related skilled
occupation for a period totalling at least 12 months in the 48 months
immediately before lodging your application; and
• have an offer of full-time employment in that occupation or a closely related
skilled occupation from a business that has employed at least 10 people
full-time in the 24 months immediately before lodging your application.

2。（5分）
If you:
• nominate a skilled occupation that appears on the MODL when you apply or

比如说，我是土木工程师，近4年来一直都在本行作，我可以的到10分还是10+5=15分？？？？

Points for Specific Employment

1.--10 points

if tour nominated occupation is worth 60 points and you have worked in your nominated occupation or a closely related occupation of a skilled level for at least 3 of the 4 years immediately before you apply.


2.---5 points

If your nominated ocupation is worth 40,50 or 60 points, and you have worked in skilled employment (any occupations listed on the skilled occupation list, see form 1121i) for at least 3 of the 4 years immediately before you apply.


我的职业在SOL上是60分，而且我最近4年一直在做本行，我应该可以得到第一个10分。

但我犯糊涂的是第二条，怎么还是包含60分的职业，而且也是4年中有三年。如果第二条
立只是说有40和50分的职业，那很容易理解。我觉得他们写的太不严格了，还是我的理解真有问题。


你们看看手册里的第27页关于澳洲学历的分数，那上面写的旧很清晰，1，2，3之间用'OR'
隔开，3者只能取其一。很清楚。单第25页的'SPECIFIC EMPLOYMENT'就有些含糊。单应该是2者只能取其一，对吗？？？、

注意看黑体部分，第一条明显比第二天要求严格多了

都是被2010-2-08新政闹的。。。

其实仔细看看，第2条是如果我是采矿工程师（急需专业SOL上的），我一直
干本行（也是属于SOL上任何一个skilled employment)，也可以得5分啊，除了
第一条的10分。也说得过去啊。

嗨，反正只能得10分。

按你的想法，雅思考4个7的岂不是可以得25+15了。。。
你就别琢磨人家严谨不严谨了
