我的ACS 结果出来了。

我给了CISSp证书，申请了cissp和networksecurity
最后给了我评了group A: 2231-79 network security specialist,貌似在曾经的MODL上了，貌似在维州的担保上....

下面这句话我不懂了:
Base on the proviced certified documentation it is the
opinion of the ACS that the appliant has 12 month experience
in network security.

我明明三年多经验，她怎么说才12个月？是不是因为MODL就要求12个月，所以她就给12个月？？
哪位MODL过来人看看哈。

我老公的评估结果也是这么写的，他也有3年多的经验。原来的评分好像是有一年相关工作经验就可以加分了。

刚刚看了下IMMI里面MODL那里说到：

Skills assessments provided to successful applicants will state:

the ASCO Code for Computer Professional not elsewhere classified (nec) with the specialisation stated in brackets – for example, 2231–79 (SAP)
and
the statement: 'Based on the provided certified documentation, it is my opinion that the applicant has 12 months experience in (name of specialisation, for example, SAP)'.

看来估计大家都这样吧。

另外有个疑问，下面条款中的

“Note: Applicants must lodge their GSM applications by 31 December 2012.”
怎么理解？

Recent MODL changes
From 8 February 2010 all MODL occupations are removed from the MODL. Therefore, all applicants who lodge an application on or after this date will not be eligible for the award of MODL points unless the applicant:

holds a subclass 485 (Skilled-Graduate) visa or has applied for a subclass 485 (Skilled Graduate) visa and is yet to apply for a permanent or provisional General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa
or
on 8 February 2010 had a pending application for a GSM visa.
Note: Applicants must lodge their GSM applications by 31 December 2012.

根据那些孙子的政策28前递交的MODL还有效，至于我今天补这个新评估，我就不知道有没有用了。

恭喜LZ啊，不过楼主确实有点时运不济，好不容易自救成功却来了个28新政。看来天将降大任于斯人也。

建议楼主打个电话去移民局问问。

MODL的15分没有，如果你分数够120就提交吧，好像现在还是CSL
