问题请教：关于IEA职业认证用的公证书

请教，看到IEA工程师职业认证如是说：职业评估时所提供的各种文件的公证书必须包含以下几点，(a)公证人签名  (b)公证人名字打印体  (c)公证人详细联系方式  (d)公证人身份。 IEA原文如下，
Proper certification should appear on each page to be certified, and should show:
(a)  the signature of the person certifying the document
(b)  the name of the person certifying the document. This should be clearly printed or evident in the official stamp
(c)  the contact details of the person certifying the document. This may be a business address, telephone number or e-mail address, and
(d)  where possible, an official stamp indicating the status of the person certifying the document, ie. Justice of the Peace, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, or Registered Migration Agent.

今天去上海公证处，他们说：中国的公证书格式是国家规定的，所有公证处都一样，上面肯定不会写联系方式。这样的话严格来讲就不附和IEA说的第(c)条。请问这样的公证书IEA会挑刺吗？以前走IEA认证的同仁们也是用的国内公证处做认证吗？
