I got a reply of my enquiry by my agent...
Pls see below the reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail about your visa application under Australia's
General Skilled Migration program.

All applications are processed in the date order that they were received
at our office. Your application has not yet been allocated to a case
officer.

As per information today on the Department's current allocation dates for
s/c175 applications, we are currently allocating applications dated
19/05/2008 for Paper lodged.

For information on current allocation dates of applications, please send
a blank email to: aspc.processing@immi.gov.au
You will receive the information by auto reply. We update this
information weekly.

我看这个进度只属于 electronic engineering 。。也许还只适用于paper lodged

移民局公布的进度时间总是慢一些的，其实没有什么惊讶的。。。参考时应以freeOZ的进度为准。
