各位好，我一直存在移民的念头，在FreeOZ注册后，混了4-5个月了，期间拜读了各位前辈们的帖子，学习到了很多东西，非常感谢。
由于先天条件较差，首先年纪较大(只有20分 )，且从事的不是60分职业，并且雅思也不是很好(6分)，估计就是100分左右，应该是申请475类的移民，想咨询一下：
一、前期的事项
1、技术移民的话，是DIY还是找中介？感觉FreeOZ的同学都建议DIY，如果找中介的话，我在广州，有哪些广州的好移民中介？澳际这家如何（当年北京的一哥们去澳洲是找的这家，所以推荐的是这家）？
2、关于职业评估
我的年纪大，职业经历也比较复杂，咨询了中介后，建议我在这两个职业中选一个，我目前的职业经验感觉和这两个都不是很吻合，能否申请？

§ liaises with clients regarding their information needs
§ isolates particular consumer markets for clients
二、关于475临时签证
1、这个是否要求在指定的州生活，在过程中能否换州？如果能换的话，流程麻烦么？
2、475签证在澳洲居住满2年可申请转PR，这个转的成功的比例高么，有什么具体的要求和限制么？
3、475签证要求在2年内工作满一年，这个满一年是要求连续性的么？用什么来确定是否在工作（临时性工作和劳工类的是否算）？是否能像国内那样挂在某个单位或公司下，自己来交社保和税，来计算工作经验？
4、关于475签证的这个要求，是否全家短登一次，主申请人满足条件转PR后，全家其他人并不要求居住和工作经验就一起转PR了？
三、关于澳洲的生活
1、如果偶做475签证的话，多半是在阿德莱德生活了，想了解下在阿德莱德生活的话，夫妻二人自己做饭，一年的生活成本大约是多少？能否哪位能分享一下生活支出的清单。
（买个车，前期先租房，适当的添置一些生活设备）
2、我之前看到拿到PR的同学们有很多的福利，比如医疗卡，比如折扣价的公交啊 水电什么的享受折扣，免费的一些培训什么的，想咨询下临时签证能享受这些么？在哪些官方网站上能得到帮助？
3、商业移民临时签证和技术移民的临时签证的权利和义务是一样的么？
