175纸签填1276 form之我问你答

这些天在埋头苦填1276申请单。将所列问题一一呈上，如果你和我有一样的困惑，那正好；如果你已经解决了这些问题，请不吝赐教。

1。 Part B -- Application skills 之 28项
Migration Occupation in Demand List(MODL)
If you are claiming points under Schedule 6B for an occupation
listed on the MODL AND you have an eligible employment
offer, you must provide the following details regarding the
employer.
我的理解：如果申请MODL加分（我是15分），那么提供合适的雇主信息。这里，雇主不是指的澳洲的，而是你在做职业评估的时候写的当前雇主。

2。Part B -- Application skills 之 30项
Educational qualification details
Provide details of your Australian and/or overseas post-secondary qualifications.
List the most recent first. Please include certified copies of your academic transcripts with your application
我的理解：我没有澳洲求学经验，大学也是在中国上的，那么这一项是不是不要填呢？还是我在国内的本科的经历？包括职业评估时候的一些学历，成绩单的公证？自己倾向于后者--国内的

3。Part C –- About your spouse/ interdependent partner 之43项
Details of countries of residence
For persons 16 years of age or older, provide details of all countries in which your spouse/interdependent partner has lived for a total of 12 months or more during the last 10 years.
我的理解：由于我小孩才2岁，那么就是我老婆在过去10年内的满1年及以上的住址，那么包括自己老家的地址，自己租住的地址以及现在家里的地址。
可是在下面的表单中，要填“Last permanent address in that country”，这个Last permanent是指什么呢？感觉又像是最后一个长住地址。

4。Part D – Basic requirements for spouse/interdependent partner 之 52项
[Only give details of basic requirements for your spouse/interdependent
partner if their skills are to be considered in this application.]
我的理解：只有副申请需要考虑skills的时候才需要填，我的情况是只有我做了职业评估，我也不要我老婆的副申请加分，她什么都没有做。除了报名考雅思。
What evidence are you providing of your
spouse/interdependent partner’s English language ability?
如果这里不填她报名考了雅思，其他什么地方填她的雅思呢？（现在还没有考）

5。Part J – Health and character requirements 之73项
Have you/your spouse/interdependent partner or any dependent family
members (migrating with you or not) ever served in the armed forces?
我理解是只要你有亲戚在部队工作过，就要填写。
但是需要提供证明，我父亲和我的姨夫都在部队待过，这可怎么弄？这个证明可是难死人了。我想中国应该很多人的亲戚都在部队当过兵，你们是不是都不填的。

6。我遍寻论坛想找到一个指导如何填写新的1276申请单的指南什么的，可是没有发现，有没有好心人告诉我个链接？
7。如果有人现在也在填写（不管是电签还是纸签），可以共同商讨，共同纠错

1. 我在 关于Form 1276的MODL问题  回答你了，就是指给你offer的澳洲雇主，所以你不用填
2. 国内大学对于DIAC来说就是overseas qualification啊，所以你要填你的大学学历
3. 不清楚，我只填了当前的住址，我认为是一个国家只用填一个，如果把10年内我住过超过1年的地方写上去那起码都有7，8个啊
4. 没考雅思不填就是了，考了以后交补料信或者等VO问再给他
5.  这里问得是 you/your spouse/interdependent partner or any dependent family members， 也就是你老婆和小孩，她们肯定没有参加过军队吧，所以，写NO

在线填表单要简单多了，因为不需要填的根本就不出现，LZ真的不考虑电签？

非常感谢。非常有帮助。
另外我在看175_checklist.pdf的时候，怎么没有看到关于我的小孩的出生证明这一项啊，在[Personal documents for all applicants]里面列了很多18岁以上的啊，要授权照顾的啦。怎么就没有自己亲生的小孩的证明材料这一项呢？

Evidence to attach to your application
You will need to show evidence that the child is your or your spouse's or interdependent partner's:

    * natural child
    * adopted child
      or
    * step child.

'Step-child' means a natural or adopted child of your current spouse or a natural or adopted child of your former spouse where the child is under 18 years and you have a legal responsibility to care for them.

You should provide a certified copy of each child's birth certificate or adoption papers. If you have a step-child, you should provide evidence that you have legal responsibility for that child.

我还没有写过1022修改资料，看过后感觉只要如实填写，应该没有什么正确的，你把联系人现在的联系方式说清楚
