1，可以去澳洲的任意地方吗？有没有地域限制？

2，475或者495转PR可以选择哪几钟签证？

This visa:
allows you to remain in Australia for up to three (3) years and requires you to live and work in a Specified Regional Area in Australia
allows accompanying secondary applicants to work and study, but only in a Specified Regional Area of Australia
provides a pathway to permanent residence.

After you have lived and worked in Australia on this visa, there are several permanent visas that you can apply for.

When can you apply for a permanent visa?
You can apply for a permanent visa after you have:

lived for two (2) years in a Specified Regional Area and worked, including being self-employed, for one (1) year in these same areas.

Which permanent visas can you apply for?
You can apply for any permanent visa in Australia, however the Skilled - Regional (Residence) visa (subclass 887) is specifically designed for holders of a provisional skilled visa who wish to apply for permanent residency.

What does this visa (887) let me do?
This visa allows you and any secondary applicants included in your visa application to live as permanent residents in Australia.

Australian permanent residents can:

live and work in Australia on a permanent basis
study in Australia at school or university
receive subsidised healthcare through Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
access certain social security payments (subject to waiting periods)
be eligible for Australian citizenship (subject to the residency eligibility criteria)
sponsor people for permanent residence.

很多签证

如果在提名职业上做满一年，有10分的加分，如果不嫌麻烦，可以直接申请PR移民；
如果有雇主担保，RSMS，不过要替雇主做2年；
还有其他的签证，只要符合要求，都可以。
当然最顺是887，几乎是顺水的到了。。。
