able,abil=能力 
 
1、ability： The power to do something,skill 才能，能力 They have the ability to make a living He did the work to the best of his ability natural ability 天生的才能 
 
2、able: Has the power to do something. 能够的，能干的 He is an able salesman We are able to immigrate to aus. 
 
3、disable: to weaken or incapacitate vt. 使失去能力，使残废,使无效 
He was disabled by an accident. 
 
4、enable: to provide with the means knowledge or opportunity 使能够
