有关309 转 100 的紧急求助！！！

今天老婆收到移民局来的邮件,原文如下：

Good morning,
I'm processing your application and can see that you had a baby girl last December.  For your husband to be added to your application, you will need to apply for a 445 visa for her to be added to your permanent partner visa as a dependant.  
I won't make any decisions on your visa application until she is added.

意思就是说老婆现有的309 VISA想转 100,必须先要给宝宝申请 445 VISA,只有在宝宝的445下来以后，老婆的100才可以开始审理。

现有几个问题想请问坛子里有经验的朋友：

由于我家宝宝目前还小应该不会马上去澳洲。能否在不给她申请445 VISA的同时,且不影响 老婆 309 转 100的审理？

如果给宝宝申请了445，老婆的100审理通过后，是否宝宝也自动转为100，即都是PR身份？ 下签以后两人是否有登陆澳洲的时间要求？
