如题,登陆墨尔本两月了,手里钱不多,在考虑首套房是否买75万以下的公寓或townhouse,自住一年,有1万的优惠是吗?一年以后再转成投资房出租,抵税怎么计算?
另外,如果买二手房,是要60万以下才能享受印花税减半对吗?
但考虑到新房今后的升值空间很小,是否还是考虑二手unit之类的,二者哪个回报更好?

New homes
If you are buying a new first home, buying an existing property that is for sale as a residential premises for the first time, or are building a first home, you may be eligible to one or more of the following:
The FHOG of $10,000 (for homes valued at $750,000 or less),
A first-home buyer duty reduction of up to 50 per cent (for homes valued at $600,000 or less),
A PPR concession (for homes valued at $550,000 or less), and
Established homes
Established homes are no longer eligible to receive the FHOG. However, if you are buying an established home as your first home and you meet the FHOG eligibility criteria (but for the fact that it is not a new home), you may be entitled to:
First-home buyer duty concession of up to 50 per cent (for homes valued at $600,000 or less), and/or
PPR concession (for homes valued at $550,000 or less) |
