Due to our business grows, we are expecting to expand our market to the Chinese communities in Sydney, and our company aims to hire more experienced employees in the future. In order to achieve our goals, now we are looking forward to hiring a Senior Insurance Broker.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Provide excellent customer service and insurance products advice;
• Interview prospective clients to explain the details of an insurance policy;
• Maintain existing relationships and ensure claims are processed promptly;
• Undertake business development activities designed to increase the number of clients;
• Regularly review client circumstances to ensure their level of cover is appropriate;
• Research and review available insurance products to ensure clients are given the best and most appropriate offer;
• Provide information, advice and guidance to broking assistants as required;
• Liaising and forming relationships with various third parties;
• Associated administration tasks including gaining and maintaining your insurance knowledge and accreditations.

Requirements:
• Significant work experience in the insurance industry;
• A valued member or preferably leader of a sales team;
• Ability to work autonomously using relative industry skills to facilitate company growth;
• Understand the client’s needs and recommend suitable products for clients;
• Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese;
• An exceptional ability to interact with people from different backgrounds;
• Profound multi-tasks ability and problem solving skills;
• Excellent in data collecting, analyzing, and presenting.
