墨尔本Canterbury Road 道路拓宽计划(public acquisition overlay)？ 拆迁？ 赔偿？

刚刚买了一个做了SUBDIVISION的unit在Canterbury road上，一块地一分为二，我买了临街的那个。

今天银行的人做了一个评估以后把报告给我，然后我就傻眼了，说Canterbury路两边三米的地方都是政府保留地，以后会被政府征用，赔偿金很可能已经赔付给了之前的业主，但是合同上并没有写明这个保留地。

碰到这样的情况该怎么办呢？  有地方可以查吗？ 如果马路拓宽3米，马路就快到家门口了，这样的房子就住着很不舒服了，合同上没有写明算欺骗吗？ 能否取消合同？

要拓宽吗，那条马路是够窄的。。。。

不算欺诈。。。你好好看看section 32.就明白了

你买房到哪步了啊。。。。
取消合同只能说贷款没下来。。。
但是你好像不是找的broker。有点难。。。
联系你的solictor 是正道

this is called development overlay, which should be written clearly in sec. 32.

And your solicitor should've pointed it out to you.

但是我仔细看了section32， 上面没有写，怎么办？ 我可以重新请律师吗？ 我现在找的是过户师。
打官司麻烦不？

I read your post again.

So it is not your land, right?  that is public natural strip, I guess.

Then it is nothing to do with you when gov wants to extend the road?

When concerning your land, it will definitely be written in your sec 32.

I don't know what it will be like if this is the case~~~

I reckon it is too late for you to change anything, if you have already bought the unit.  After all, it is not YOUR LAND which might be taken by the gov.
