电话询问nsw进度合适吗

在线提交了NSW的申请以后，收到的确认邮件有这么一句话：

Please refrain from making general progress enquiries on the status of your application within the first 12 weeks of submitting your application. This will allow us to focus on processing applications and to finalise your application as quickly as possible.

过去快1个月了，还没有消息，不知道电话过去问是否合适？有曾经电话询问过的兄弟吗，上来说说。

不是说了 12周之内不要打电话去问进度么。。。。。

你打电话也不会改变什么的。。该下的时候就下了。。

看印度大表上陆续有人approve了。发现大多都是20天左右。有点心里没底啊，怎么快30天了。
