This role will involve working with BAs in an agile environment to design and build code modules in C#.NET and/or ASP.NET, and PL/SQL for the new breed of state of the art Windows and Web applications. You will be working in the IT Solutions team, which develops IT solutions and contains some of the finest .net developers in Sydney.

Candidates accepted at the senior level will be expected to be able to lead and mentor small teams, and to be able to analyse and solve technical problems which arise in the projects.

However, they will not necessarily perform either of these roles in every project. In time, there may also be opportunities to work in the application architecture space. The projects are fast paced, with releases every 4 months, and can span just one release or multiple releases.

Key Requirements:

    * At least two years experience with C# in a Windows .NET and or ASP.NET environment;
    * At least one year working with either T/SQL or PL/SQL, preferably PL/SQL;
    * Superior analysis and problem solving skills;
    * Excellent communication skills;
    * Team player;
    * Fast learner;
    * At home in a performance based culture;
    * For those at senior level, ability to lead and mentor small teams and to analyse and solve difficult technical problems with minimal guidance;

Remuneration:

Commensurate with skills and experience.
