关于ACS准备材料的一些疑问

以下是申请ACS的步骤，有些问题想请教下各位：

A copy of the signed online ‘application record’ and the email acknowledgement with the reference number.
A certified copy of a birth certificate or relevant passport pages
A certified copy of academic qualification certificates
A certified copy of academic transcripts
Certified copies of detailed and descriptive employer references
Appropriate fee (if not submitted on-line)

1. A certified copy of academic qualification certificates 是毕业证书还是学位证书复印件？
2. Certified copies of detailed and descriptive employer references 这个有什么比较好的模板可以参照吗？另外如果曾经跳过槽的话，需要以前公司的领导也签字吗？

1，毕业证，学位证都需要公证件
2，ACS需要有相应的工作年限才可以，所以自己算一下，前公司的工作时间是否需要，如果需要，则那段时间工作经历也需要推荐信。
