关于认定与提名职业密切相关职业工作经验EA的表述如下：

"In determining whether an applicant’s skilled employment
is closely related to their nominated occupation, the
assessment by Engineers Australia will take into
consideration the occupations within one unit group
classified under the ANZSCO Classification of
Occupations."

请问最后黑体部分该怎么理解？是不是所有个人职业代码和提名职业代码的前四位必须一样？
