关于签证材料跟职业评估材料公司名称有变化的处理方法.....

我在去年底交了EA的CDR，里面的推荐信，career episode的公司英文名称都写多了一个表示行业的词，即中文是 XXX 胶黏剂 有限公司；英文没有Adhesive，但是我写上去了。
在准备签证资料的时候，我才发现原来公司的英文名是没有那个行业那个词的。我准备的签证材料都把这个英文名改过来了。这样的话公司的名字就跟CDR里面的不一样了……

现在的进度是EA还没分assessor给我，估计在未来一周内就分到assessor。

我现在几种做法，大家帮我参谋参谋？

1 不理它，拼人品……
2 写信告诉EA修改资料。
3 EA的材料错就错了，递交签证申请的时候写信说明。

（不会发投票贴，请大家跟帖……）

P.S. 不知道有朋友补过EA的材料没有，是否一定要邮递，能否扫描或电子文档提交补料？

Dear Madam/Sir:

I am regret to inform you, when I was matching my CDR with my visa application material, I found a clerical mistake in my CDR.
The official English name of the company I work for is Named "xxxxx", which I mistook typing it as "xxxxx."

The attachment is certified translation of labor contract between me and the company. You can find the official English name of my company.

Is there any approach to make up my mistake?
I apply to correct my CDR, courier hard copies or Email spreadsheet to EA are both ok with me.
I am so sorry to bring such trouble to you. I hope it will not slow down my assessment progress.

I am so sorry for bringing trouble to your work. Owing to a clerical mistake, My CDR is with a wrong Company name. It was written as “xxxxxxxxxxx”, “xxxxxxxxx”, which in reality it should be “xxxxxxxxxx”.

This clerical mistake affects the following documents in my CDR:
1.        Résumé;
2.        Career Episode 3;
3.        Reference letter.

Now I send you this letter with corrected documents for the three affected documents while others remain no change. I hope the supplementation can substitute my previous material respectively. Please discard the previous three documents accordingly.

I apologize for my fault. It will be highly appreciated if you can update my documents and process my application with updated material.

EA给的评估结果信是不包含公司信息的。实际上，你评估只是你的职业，EA和DIAC也不会去对照材料的。所以其实只要你递交给EA的材料和递交给DIAC的材料都分别能自圆其说，没有自相矛盾，是没问题的。至于EA的和DIAC的是否一致，其实他们之间没有关系的。我是这么理解的。

谢谢~~~~我知道DIAC不太可能查EA的资料，但是我看到EA的declaration page上面要声明我的材料的真实性，且同意DIAC对文件的查阅。于是我觉得就再完善一些，杜绝所有可能完善更好。
